MINIGRAF 4 ELETTRONICA is a frame assembling machine for the mass production of medium or large size frames.
The machine is equipped with an electronic system able to execute very quickly the different working cycles. The time to insert 2 staples in two different positions is less than 2 seconds.
The frame assembling machine is available in the following versions:
– 2 positions
– 3 positions
– three positions at two levels (for frames shaped in the back side).
The machine can also work manually, excluding computer’s electronic control.
The machine is supplied with a floor stand, separate pedals for electric and pneumatic controls.
The machine MINIGRAF 4 ELETTRONICA makes it possible to join all frames, wood, MDF, plastic, using special staples with ALFAGRAF “Pulling Power”.
Optional accessories:
– Nail heads sizes 3, 4, 5 and 12mm;
– Double pneumatic pressure plate to hold down perfectly the large size frames;
– Adjustable tilting fences;
– Adjustable fences composed by 3 different parts;
– Special fences for hexagons;
– Special fences for octagons.
On request is available the 125 mm stroke version.
