Bound semi-automatic machine

The machine closes the bound by heat sticking, which grants the bound a high resistance.
It operates in two phases:

manual: the operator puts the bound package on the machine, catches the end of the band and introduces it for binding
automatic: the machine extends, sticks, cuts the pp band and draws out the band for the following binding.

This simple machine diminishes the work times. It may be used for different sizes, and even for the cylinder form.
A simple device allows the adjustment of width of the used band: 5, 9, 12, 15mm. The control panel is very simple and easy to use.

Bound automatic machine

The machine closes the bound by heat sticking, which grants the bound a high resistance.

It operates this way: the operator puts the binding package on the machine, presses the pedal of the machine and the machine extends, sticks, cuts the pp band and prepares for the following binding. It is important that the binding package enter below the machine´s frame.

This simple machine diminishes the work times. It may be used for different sizes, and even for the cylinder form. A simple device allows the adjustment of width of the used band: 5, 9, 12, 15mm. The control panel is very simple and easy to use.

The foiling machine with stretch foil

The semi-automatic machine for foiling the commodity on pallets with stretch foil, the maximum weight of the pallet is 2000 kg. The machine has the possibility of adjustment the rotation speed and stopping. The photo-cell for the establishment of the pallet height.
The working possibility: manual or automatic:

automatic: the operator starts up the machine for the performance of cycle without the presence of another person
manual: the foiling cycle is made by the operator by the travel button and the raising/descending one of the stretch bobbin
