Bound automatic machine
The machine closes the bound by heat sticking, which grants the bound a high resistance.
It operates this way: the operator puts the binding package on the machine, presses the pedal of the machine and the machine extends, sticks, cuts the pp band and prepares for the following binding. It is important that the binding package enter below the machine´s frame.
This simple machine diminishes the work times. It may be used for different sizes, and even for the cylinder form.
A simple device allows the adjustment of width of the used band: 5, 9, 12, 15mm. The control panel is very simple and easy to use.
