Bound semi-automatic machine
The machine closes the bound by heat sticking, which grants the bound a high resistance.
It operates in two phases:
– manual: the operator puts the bound package on the machine, catches the end of the band and introduces it for binding
– Automatic: the machine extends, sticks, cuts the pp band and draws out the band for the following binding.
This simple machine diminishes the work times. It may be used for different sizes, and even for the cylinder form.
A simple device allows the adjustment of width of the used band: 5, 9, 12, 15mm. The control panel is very simple and easy to use.
