MINIGRAF 44 is a pneumatic frame assembling machine particularly suitable with medium and large sized frames. Designed to meet the requirements of the frame producers, where shape is in a continuous and rapid change and equipped with a floor stand that makes it possible to use the machine when the bench is tilted.

The machine is equipped with a staple driver blade mounted on a movable carriage which, manually shifted by the operator allows a quick insertion of ALFAGRAF staples with a "Pulling Power” effect in different positions.

MINIGRAF 44 is provided with:
- magnetic pressure pads of several types, at quick replacement, to have a proper clamping of any profile;
- dual functions foot operating pedal for separate control of clamping and nail insertion;
- horizontal clamping device to have a perfect joint of the frames;
- pneumatic opening of staples magazine for a very quick reloading;
- brake on position to insert easily intermediate staples in any profile, even when the bench is tilted;
- pneumatic balancing of the movable carriage's weight, that can work even if the bench is tilted;
- adjustable tilting fences;
- metallic floor stand;
- staples claw heads size: 7, 10, 15mm;
- air filter regulator and lubricator.

- staples heads size 3, 4, 5 and 12mm

- Special fences for hexagons and octagons
- Double pneumatic clamp to hold down perfectly the large size frames
