MINIGRAF 4 is a frame assembling machine and has been realized fro the production of medium or large sized frames.

MINIGRAF 4 is equipped with a staple driver mounted on a movable carriage pneumatically controlled by the operator. 
The machine can use normal staples, reinforced staples for hardwood and special staples ALFAGRAF with “Pulling Power” effect of different sizes.

This model is produced in 2 versions: at 2 or 3 positions. The 2P version makes it possible to insert the staples in two different positions, while the 3P version makes it possible to insert the staples in three different positions.

MINIGRAF 4 is provided with:
- magnetic pressure pads of sever shapes for quick replacement and to provide the proper clamping of any profile;
- dual function foot pedal for separate control of clamping and nail insertion;
- horizontal clamping device to have perfect junctions;
- pneumatic opening of the staple magazine for very quick reloading;
- frame clamping device to adjust the pressure for different profiles;
- adjustable tilting fences;
- nail heads sizes : 7, 10, 15mm.

It is also equipped with a very strong nail driver able to work for a long time.
